We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, transportation disruptions, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for transportation lies with the carrier.
MINI FRIGO LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and open a claim using your tracking information. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for carrier-related issues.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
